One of the things I did away with in 2015 is my job at my former place of work, VConnect. I had been thinking through it for the past one year. Though there were mixed feelings of me quitting the job.
This is a company I worked in for 4 years and 4 months, as short as it may seem, it was a long period for me, it felt like I had worked there all my life. So understandably, leaving the company and the people I met wasn’t easy. At the verge of my resignation, it was quite emotional, but then I had to do what I had to do.
I can write a book about my experiences at VConnect. I would be forever grateful for my time there. It was worthwhile.
The group of company (which VConnect is a part of) is primarily owned by Singaporeans and Indians, however VConnect is mainly managed by Indians with few other Nationals. It was my first time of working with Non Nigerians, so having to work with people other my country people (especially oyinbos) was a new experience.
Let me not bore you with plenty story, the koko is that I have left the company on a full time work basis, even though I would likely be marketing their products & services on my blog as an affiliate marketer, so I implore you to kindly shop on VConnect via my blog.
Subsequently, I would be sharing with you what I would be doing next as a full time job.
I thank VConnect and the great people, I would greatly miss you all.
