Generation 1 Leadership Initiative (G1LI) had a science workshop last week at Dalhousie University. The workshop was jointly hosted by G1LI and Imhotep Legacy Academy (ILA).
During the hands on workshop, participants learnt how to use circuits and electronics to get electricity.
The workshop taught kids how to:
Compare a variety of electrical pathways by constructing simple circuits.
Test the conductivity of different solids and liquids.
Describe the role of switches in electrical circuits.
